Saint Martin's offers programs primarily at its Lacey campus with a subset of programs offered at its extended campus located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and online.

Saint Martin's University has three colleges: the College of Arts, Sciences and Education, the College of Business, Engineering and Technology, which houses the School of Business and The Hal and Inge Marcus School of Engineering, and the School of Health and Allied Health.
