Why Saint Martin's University?
- Program consists of 12 semester credits and can be completed by taking four 8-week classes between late August and early May
- Credits may be transferred to the MSA or MBA degree programs
- Develop interpersonal and communication skills necessary to develop effective business relationships, deliver credible information and project a professional image
- Identify, analyze and manage risk in organizations through Enterprise Risk Management projects with partners
- Upon completion, understand the risk-based internal audit standards:
- Core frameworks

- Principles and methodology of occupational fraud prevention, detection, and investigation

Internal Audit and Risk Management Requirements
To be considered for admission into the internal audit and risk management certificate program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75
- Proof of English proficiency for international students
- Certificate holders wishing to enroll in the Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) or MBA programs should refer to the School of Business requirements for each program
