You will notice that we now have a welcome counter at the entrance to our office.  We will primarily conduct business at that counter.  We ask that you maintain a 6 ft. distance from others, and wear a face mask at all times.

We ask that you still conduct business via email or phone correspondence if possible, and only plan a visit to our office when absolutely necessary.

We also encourage you to conduct business with us either online or via email when possible. We have made several of our commonly used forms accessible online.

We certainly appreciate that this is not a comfortable or easy situation. We are striving to do our part to keep our doors open and our students, staff, family, friends, and community safe.  We appreciate and value you.  Thank you for choosing to be a Saint!

Update to available services

All correspondence should be directed to registrar@stmartin.edu.

Spring 2020 graduates: You will be notified via email once diplomas are ready for pick up or mailing. We anticipate this will be early September. Degree conferral can be verified via your SMU transcript.

Fall 2020 registration: Registration is available via Self-Service.

Add/Drop Process: An add/drop form should only be utilized when absolutely necessary. If an add/drop form is necessary, the student should fill it out, and forward it to either advisor and/or instructor (depending on the reason for the form). The authorized signatory will then take action on the form and forward it to the Office of the Registrar at the registrar@stmartin.edu email from their Saint Martin's email account. Download the add/drop form >>

Requests for change of major, cross campus enrollment, etc: All forms will follow the same process listed above for add/drop forms. Forms link can be found below.

Transcripts: Transcripts will be available through our online ordering service only (tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/welcome) and will have an estimated processing time of seven to 10 business days. No expedited or overnight processing at this time.

Verification and/or certification: Forms that need processing can be sent to registrar@stmartin.edu and we will be responding as necessary and in the order they are received. All emails need to be sent through the registrar email account.

Commencement information: The University is taking the safety of our students, faculty, staff and visitors very seriously.  Commencement for Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 graduates will be held in May 2021.  Notifications will be sent out with more information.
