We were saddened when Marylhurst University announced in May 2018 that the University would close by the end of this year. As a fellow Catholic institution of higher education, Saint Martin’s is honored to serve as the custodial institution for Marylhurst University records and transcripts. We welcome Marylhurst alumni into our community.

Saint Martin's mission
Saint Martin's University was founded in 1895 by monks of the Roman Catholic Order of Saint Benedict. Our identity as a university is rooted in our Catholic, Benedictine tradition. Our mission is to empower students to pursue a lifetime of learning and accomplishment in all arenas of human endeavor. Saint Martin’s students learn to make a positive difference in their lives and in the lives of others through the interaction of faith, reason and service. FAQs

Transcripts are processed and mailed in 48 hours, arriving in one to 10 business days.

Unfortunately, we can only provide hard copies of Marylhurst transcripts and send them by regular mail. It could take a few days to arrive if the shipping address is outside of Washington state. Regular mail does not come with a tracking number.

We do not provide unofficial transcripts because the given format is not considered secure to send by email.

We recommend you order an extra copy, scan and save for the document for your future use.

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

We cannot reproduce any Marylhurst diploma. If you need a diploma for degree verification, you can order a transcript instead.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce Marylhurst swag items. You will get many chances to win giveaways if you attend a Marylhurst alumni event. Join the Marylhurst Facebook group to stay up to date on upcoming events.

Second, please contact Saint Martin's University admissions. We will help you find a suitable program at Saint Martin's University or at another school based on your transcript and personal requests.

Only students can order transcripts. If third parties need to complete a background check or degree verification for a student, please email advancement@stmartin.edu and attach a written statement of permission to release information including the student's signature.

Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar has many roles at the University, each designed to assist students as they pursue a lifetime of learning and accomplishment. Some of these roles include: registration functions (add/drop/withdrawals), transcript processing, enrollment verifications, VA certifications, and graduation processing and diplomas.
