We are accepting applications to attend this year's commencement until November 8, 2024. If you have questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@stmartin.edu.
Caps and gowns will be automatically ordered if you indicated you would like to attend the ceremony on your Commencement application. Caps and gowns will not be ordered if you did not elect to participate in the ceremony. Caps and gowns will be handed out at Senior Commencement Fair on Thursday, May 1. If you have questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@stmartin.edu.
Class of 2025 graduates will receive cords on May 10, the day of Commencement. If you are not attending in person, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@stmartin.edu.
Graduating students attending in-person should arrive on campus at 9 a.m., one hour before their Commencement ceremony, and check in at the bottom of the Grand Staircase.
Diplomas for Class of 2025 graduates are ready in June. Graduates will receive an email letting them know that they are available, and instructions on how to receive the diploma either via mail or by picking it up in person. If you are attending Commencement, you will receive your diploma cover at the ceremony.

Vaccinations and masking are not required for Commencement. However, out of abundance of caution and given the expected large number of people at this event, the University highly recommends that individuals wear a face mask if attending Commencement in-person.
Each graduate will receive six (6) tickets. Contact the Registrar at registrar@stmartin.edu if you have questions about tickets.

While the graduates should park in the S lot, the paved parking lot closest to the Grand Staircase, guests who have tickets should park in the R lot, the gravel lot closer to the baseball field. See map for reference. Limited accessible parking is available in the N and O lots.
