Background
Dr. Chung is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering. He teaches several courses in construction engineering and engineering management. His research concentrates on infrastructure delivery methods, engineering economics and sustainable infrastructure development. He obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Florida in 2015.
