All employees of Saint Martin's University are responsible for their own actions and for not engaging in behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or retaliatory in nature, whether physical, verbal or non-verbal.

While we recognize that a report may emerge through many sources, members of the Saint Martin’s community (students, staff, faculty, etc.) who become aware of or believe they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment are to report it their immediate supervisor, or an executive administrator.

All reports describing conduct that is inconsistent with this Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy will be promptly and thoroughly investigated.
