The mission of the Saint Martin’s University Office of Integrated Technology Services (ITS) is to actively support the educational goals of the University by providing services, resources, facilities and technology in order to provide access to information and knowledge. The department has a responsibility to foster scholarship, as well as develop services that encourage intellectual freedom and cultural exploration.

You can set up your Microsoft Office Account to change your own password any time.
Log into your Saint Martin’s Microsoft Office account at https://office.stmartin.edu. The site will prompt you to compete the verification process with either your phone number or personal email. Once you have verified your account select Finish. You are now set up to change your password anytime. Simply select “forgot password” on the login screen and it will send a reset verification code to your personal email or phone number.
NOTE: This will also instantly change the password for Moodle, Self-Service, and Saint Martin’s email.

Your network account password expires every 180 days, and must be reset or your account will lock. Accounts with expired passwords require the assistance of the ITS Help Desk.

Register your devices
Before devices can use the University network, they must be registered. Users must have an active network account to use device registration. Devices must be individually registered.
