Background

Terri Degner, retired from Anchor Bank, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer when they were acquired by 1st Security Bank in 2018. She continued to work with 1st Security Bank as a Consultant working on the Anchor transition as well as other projects. In January 2024 she was added to the 1st Security Bank board and in 2025 the Bancorp Board.

Mrs. Degner also serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of NeighborWorks of Grays Harbor. Additionally, Mrs. Degner is a Director at large for The Financial Managers Society which focuses on financial education for Banks and Credit Unions. Mrs. Degner adds important skills to the Board, including leadership, management as well as financial expertise.
