Greetings! I'm Sam (he/they). Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit about me.

Psychotherapy can be one of the most powerful tools to see ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us more clearly, especially if you hold identities that have been historically and systematically marginalized. My approach to therapy is primarily relationally focused and process-oriented, while integrating a variety of other evidence-based techniques (including person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavioral (DBT) interventions) to help individuals develop insight and skills while also bolstering their strengths and protective factors.

Living life authentically is worth fighting for! I am deeply devoted to seeing you fully for who you are and would be honored to bear witness to your narrative.

Outside of my professional life, I spend most of my time with my wonderful family, including our dog, Beasley. I also enjoy spending quality time with close friends and family, playing board games and video games, learning to cook new recipes, singing in the shower, and taking in the beauty on the shores of the Puget Sound.
