Background

Perry Shea’84 received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's University (then Saint Martin’s College) in 1984. He is one of the founders of a local engineering firm, SCJ Alliance, which has grown to several offices. Currently the firm has offices in Lacey, Wenatchee, Denver, Vancouver, Washington DC, and Seattle. He is the Principal Engineer and President at the full-service engineering firm of Shea, Carr & Jewell (SC&J) Alliance. The firm specializes in transportation planning and design, civil engineering for site development and environmental and urban planning for a variety of governmental and private entities in Western Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Alaska.
