Background

Pat Rants is currently President of The Rants Group, a full service commercial and multi-family real estate company based in Thurston County. The Rants Group leases, sells, manages and develops a variety of commercial investment properties for local and national clients. The Rants Group also manages and leases a large number of residential rental properties.

Rants is active in the Lacey/Olympia/Tumwater communities and serves as a member of several organizations including: Providence St. Peter Foundation; Olympia Rotary; Government Building Owners and Lessor’s Association; and the Association of Washington Businesses. Past service includes: Community Youth Services (CYS); Board of Directors Puget Sound Blood Center Advisory Board; Thurston Economic Development Council; and the Olympia Chamber of Commerce.

He received his Business Administration/Finance degree from Central Washington University.
