Lacy Waltermeyer is a distinguished alumna of Saint Martin's University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Marketing, Management and Economics. She also holds an Associate of Arts from South Puget Sound Community College.
A highly accomplished and visionary leader, Lacy brings over two decades of extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership across diverse sectors. Her career is marked by a proven track record of driving significant organizational growth, optimizing business operations, and fostering high-performing teams.
As the Executive Director for Solution Tree's Washington State office, Lacy was responsible for comprehensive strategic and operational oversight, successfully developing and implementing business plans that achieved growth targets and enhanced organizational performance. Prior to this, as Executive Director of the Nutritional Therapy Association, demonstrating exceptional business acumen and a talent for scaling talent acquisition and building effective distributed teams across the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
