Background

Kathy Beecher is a Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in diverse multinational businesses including both commercial and government owned. Areas of expertise include Staffing, Organizational and Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, EEO/AAP Management, Compensation, Outplacement, Labor Relations and all aspects of Human Resources. Companies include GE, Westinghouse, CH2MHill, SAIC, Battelle, CSC, Advanced Technology Labs and two years as a college admissions counselor. Specialties: Twelve years as volunteer College Counselor at Private High School (Tri-Cities Prep). Kathy earned her Master’s in Education from McDaniel College with emphasis on Guidance and Counseling.
