Background
John Grossman serves as the Assistant Vice President for Development. He is responsible for building meaningful relationships with Saint Martin’s major donors. For more than 35 years, John has served in Catholic education and ministry as a national speaker, theology teacher and department chair, retreat center director and development professional. As a national speaker, John traveled the country and beyond inspiring students, parents, teachers, and Catholic leaders around values of peace and justice, human dignity, and respect.
When John isn’t busy sharing the SMU story, he is involved in filmmaking as an actor and screenwriter in and around Washington State. John lives in Shelton, home to SMU’s first student, Angus McDonald. He is married with three adult children, three grandchildren and one on the way.
