Background
Jeff Broome, Ed.D. has nearly 20 year of experience in education in three different districts. For the last 14 years, he has served as a school leader as a Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Most recently he has served as the Principal of Tumwater High School. He enjoys supporting leaders in developing equity-centered practices that will lead to dynamic student outcomes. His goal is to equip his students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be dynamic Principal leaders.
Jeff enjoys running, cycling, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children ages 17 and 13.
