On-island orientation

Orientation will take place at Mid Pacific Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii on Saturday, June 29, 2019.

  • Students check-in will begin at 8:45 a.m. and the orientation session will end around 5 p.m..
  • Guests/families will check-in at 2 p.m. and the orientation session will end around 5 p.m..

Transfer orientation

All newly admitted transfer students are required to attend one of the summer orientation sessions held in July.

First-year student orientation

Prior to registering for classes, all newly admitted first-year students are required to attend one of the summer orientation sessions held in August.

Incipio & welcome weekend

Incipio 2019 orientation (mandatory for all first-year students, but welcome to all new students) will be August 23-25 -- so save the date!!

Incipio orientation is a weekend-long orientation for all first-year students held the weekend before school begins. Move into your new room, meet new friends, join us for rootbeer floats and explore Olympia while you familiarize yourself with your new community and friends!
