Summer conferencing

We welcome overnight camps and conferences to our campus each summer. Guests stay in comfortable and modern residence halls that are a short stroll to meeting areas and food service. We offer a variety of styles of guest rooms and amenities as well as full meal plans.

On-campus lodging

Our residence halls, surrounded by beautifully landscaped and wooded areas, are located at the heart of campus.

With space for approximately 550 guests in double-occupancy, these accommodations feature twin bedswireless high-speed internet connectionindoor fitness facilitiesprayer rooms and community kitchenettes, among other conveniences.

One of Saint Martin’s original residence halls, Baran Hall was renovated in 2011 to create spacious single and double rooms with community baths.

Amenities:

  • On-site laundry, full kitchen, study lounges, fourth floor game lounge, vending machines, network printer access and prayer space

  • Great Room featuring flat screen TV, video game consoles and a gas fireplace

  • Web camera stations and proximity card security locks on all exterior doors

67,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Parsons is one of our newest residence halls.

  • First-year students live in double rooms with shared baths; sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to live in suites

Spangler offers a variety of living options, as well as a large conference room that can be reserved for meetings or events.

  • Sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students

  • Main lobby features flat screen TV

  • Third floor game room with ping pong, foosball, pool and big screen TV

  • Proximity card security locks on all exterior doors

  • Apartments stay open during winter and summer breaks; all other room types closed during break periods

  • Average room size is 136 square feet

  • Suites come with an extra-long twin mattress and bed, desk and chair, bookshelf, nightstand, dresser, two built-in closets

  • Kitchens come with table and four chairs, full-size fridge, stovetop and oven, microwave and cabinets

  • Living areas come with a couch, two chairs and coffee table

We offer daily, per person rates for a variety of styles of guest-rooms. Please speak with one of our Event Services team members to determine the best housing arrangement for your group and budget.

Bon Appétit Management Company is proud to be the exclusive provider of food and beverage service at Saint Martin's. All meals are served in the Saint Gertrude Café in Old Main.
