Parsons Hall

Four-year hall and our largest residence community

One of our newest residence halls, the 67,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Parsons Hall is home to both first-year students and upper class students (sophomore through graduate).

About Parsons

First-year students live in double rooms with several shared baths located on each floor. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors live in two-person suites. Parsons features a computer lab, full community kitchen, espresso stand, convenience store, fitness room, laundry room, Residence Life offices, a conference room, and a reception desk. The Parsons lobby has a quiet sitting area with a fire place and a lounge with a flat screen TV. The second and third floors each have a study lounge, and there are comfortable sitting areas throughout the building. Parsons is equipped with wireless internet, cable in each room and proximity card security locks on exterior and interior doors.

All buildings have clear stream recycling in the lobby for plastic bottles, cans and paper.

All laundry rooms utilize a card system. Cards can be purchased and reloaded in the Parsons and Spangler laundry rooms by using a credit or debit card.
