There are two ways to access the housing exemption request form:

  1. Go directly to the form by clicking this link: https://admissions.stmartin.edu/register/housingwaiver. You will need to sign in to your admissions status portal in order to access the form.
  2. Log in to your status portal. Then locate the Housing waiver form under the Housing tab.
