Course reserves form

Put library titles or personal copies on reserve for your classes

Saint Martin's University faculty can use the following form to place items on reserve for their classes. These materials will be held behind the circulation desk. Please keep in mind:

  • Items can be personal copies or library owned copies.
  • The library cannot put rented, interlibrary loan, or Summit items on reserve.
  • If the items are personally owned, print a copy of your confirmation email and bring it in along with your items.
  • For library owned copies, please include the call number in your citation so that we can pull the items for you.

At the end of the semester, you will be notified to pick up your items. If you have not done so within a week, they will be sent to your office via campus mail. If you have any questions, contact the circulation desk (360-688-2260).  Please allow up to one business day for your items to be processed and put on reserve.
