SMU Athletics is a member of the NCAA Division II and the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) that sponsors 13 varsity sports with over 240 student athletes.
School sports teams often rely on the generous support of dedicated fans, former players and alumni. At Saint Martin’s University, an anonymous $1.5 million gift was recently earmarked for the Saints Athletics baseball program. These funds will help with facility and field upgrades as well as other team needs, working to create what the school hopes will be the best baseball diamond in all of Olympia.
LACEY, Wash. — For more than 125 years, Saint Martin’s University has been a cornerstone of learning, faith and community. Alongside its academic legacy, the University boasts a thriving athletic department that regularly hosts and competes in top-tier regional competitions across a variety of sports. Recently, Saints tackled the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) both on campus and from the road.
