As Director of Graduate Admissions, Svetlana leads recruitment, outreach and enrollment strategy for Saint Martin’s University’s graduate programs. In this role, she works closely with academic partners and campus colleagues to support prospective graduate students from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a welcoming, clear and mission-centered experience for adult learners, working professionals, and returning students. She is especially passionate about access, hospitality and guiding students toward next steps that support the holistic development of the whole person.

Svetlana grew up on a farm in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and spent a decade living in Wyoming, experiences that shaped her deep appreciation for regional communities and the unique journeys students bring with them. A passionate traveler, she has visited 12 countries and hopes to explore every U.S. state. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, and spending time with her family, friends and pets. On a cozy, rainy Washington day, you’ll likely find her with a cup of tea and a good movie. Svetlana brings a deep commitment to lifelong learning, viewing education as a transformative process that supports both personal development and professional growth.
