Background

I am an accomplished therapist, educator, and program manager with a rare blend of comprehensive clinical expertise, academic rigor, and compassionate leadership that has significantly impacted the lives of individuals and communities throughout my career.

With 45 years of experience as a therapist and counselor, I have honed my ability to connect with people, earn their trust, and inspire them through speaking and teaching. Over the course of 30 years as a professor of social work and psychology, I have had the privilege of educating and mentoring thousands of young professionals. My approach involves identifying their weaknesses and challenges and devising customized growth plans and curricula to help them reach their full potential.

My expertise extends beyond the classroom and therapy sessions. With 18 years of experience in administration and management, I excel in program development, management, and administration. I have a proven track record of achieving notable success in diverse professional roles, consistently delivering results that positively impact organizations and the communities they serve.

I bring to my work a strong educational foundation, including a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MSW in Gerontology. These academic achievements provide me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical expertise necessary to excel in my field.
