Each year Saint Martin’s University hosts students from international partner and sister colleges and universities. Applications for exchange programs are accepted for fall and spring semesters. Contact your university for specific details regarding the exchange program agreement between Saint Martin’s and your school.

Requirements

Application requirements for exchange students include:

  • Completed Saint Martin’s application

  • $60 application fee

  • Official university transcripts

  • Proof of English language proficiency

Transcripts:

Submit completed secondary school transcripts with your application. You can upload an unofficial copy of your transcripts to your online account or request your school official to email the transcript to intladmissions@stmartin.edu. If admitted to Saint Martin’s, you will be required to submit official transcripts.

English language proficiency:

Important: Due to TOEFL test centers being closed worldwide, ETS now allows applicants to take the TOEFL at home. Visit www.ets.org/toefl/special-home-edition and www.ets.org/s/cv/important-update for more information.

All international applicants are required to provide proof of English language proficiency. The following options are approved methods of satisfying the English language proficiency requirement.

How do I submit my exam scores?

To send your scores electronically, use the following institutional codes:

  • 4674 for the TOEFL

  • No code needed for IELTS; visit the website for more information.

You can upload an unofficial copy of your score report to your online portal. Official scores must be sent directly by the testing authority.
