All students — domestic and international — are required to complete a student immunization history and emergency information form AND attach their immunization record.

Resources

The Student Health Center provides several resources with helpful information about common health concerns, vaccinations, and questions, and, in collaboration with the Counseling and Wellness Center, mental health services as well.
