Thank you for 13 years of support and celebration

After 13 years of celebration and fundraising, Saint Martin’s University’s Dragon Boat Festival has come to a close. This annual celebration of diversity and of the many cultures that make up our South Sound Community was a festival loved by many. We’ve gained several close partnerships and friends as a result of this event, to which we are truly thankful. The enthusiasm, hard work, dedication and support that came from our Dragon Boat team members, sponsors and supporters and Saint Martin’s volunteers have been truly immeasurable.

Thank you for your tremendous support! As with all of our fundraising events here at Saint Martin’s University, we work diligently to create successful events. We’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to focus our efforts on events that are in best alignment to our mission and purpose as a University.

We would love to entertain an interested group or party who may wish to take the Festival on as their own going forward, whether it be as a fundraising event or simply a community event. We know that our long-time partners would love seeing the Festival return to Olympia’s waterfront too!
