FAQs

Tickets
Tickets are required for entry. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions. Each graduating student will receive six (6) tickets for the ceremony. Please remind your graduating student that they need to pick up their tickets, along with their cap and gown, at the Graduation Fair held in the Norman Worthington Conference Center on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket.

Seating and arrival

Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. for all attendees and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Marcus Pavilion has limited ADA seating available and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No more than one family member may sit with the person who needs ADA seating to maximize the number of ADA seats available for those who require it.

Baby carriages and strollers are not allowed inside the Pavilion or the Norman Worthington Conference Center. Please plan accordingly.

Photography

Photos of each graduate on stage will be taken by a professional photographer. Information will be provided to the graduates on how to get copies of these photos.

We kindly ask that audience members remain in their seats during commencement to allow the rest of the audience an unobstructed view of their graduate.
