We are excited to finally be able to celebrate your tremendous achievements this spring. While we hope to welcome all of you back on campus for the ceremony, we know some of you may not be able to attend in person and we will be celebrating with you virtually. Graduates not attending in-person should use the livestream link above to view the ceremony. Note: RSVPs to attend in person were due March 19.

  • Can my family or friends attend?

    COVID-19 event guidelines

    Due to COVID-19 precautions, we will not be issuing Commencement tickets this year. Only graduates, faculty and staff working Commencement will be allowed in the Pavilion. There will be no tickets for guests; no guests will be allowed in the Pavilion. All participating graduates, staff and faculty will need to observe COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing a mask and observing social distancing at all times. 

    Livestream ceremony viewing

    We will not have an outdoor screening area; however, we will livestream the ceremonies on YouTube. Families, friends and graduates not attending in-person can view the ceremony using the link above.

    Visiting campus

    Although they will not be permitted into the Pavilion, we know students’ families may still wish to come to campus to celebrate with their students. All visitors to campus will need to observe COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing a mask and observing social distancing at all times.

  • Where do I check in on the day of Commencement?

    Graduating students attending in-person should arrive on campus at 9 a.m., one hour before their Commencement ceremony, and check in at the bottom of the Grand Staircase. All graduates will need to observe COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing a mask and observing social distancing at all times.

  • Where should I park on campus for the in-person ceremony?

    Designated parking lots for Commencement:

    • S Lot for graduating students
    • R Lot for Faculty and Staff attending/working that day – Robing will be in Worthington, not Charneski, this year
    • M Lot will be a "cell phone lot" for families wishing to livestream the ceremony
    • O and Q Lots for families and friends
    • N Lot will be closed so graduates can process through that area to the Pavilion

  • How do I order my cap and gown?

    Caps and gowns were automatically ordered if you indicated you submitted your Commencement application last year. Caps and gowns were mailed to the address provided on your application. If you have questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at contact registrar@stmartin.edu.
