Dr. Lee has more than 25 years of experience in bridge/structural engineering field. He worked with public sector and private consulting bridge offices before founding his own local bridge consulting firm. His area of expertise includes: Bridge TS&L (Type, Size and Location) and PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Estimates) design development, Full-scale load testing, instrumentation and NDT, Fatigue and fracture evaluation, Computer analysis, Seismic vulnerability studies, and 3-D/non-linear modeling.

Dr. Lee first became the adjunct faculty at Saint Martin’s in 1996 and recently he has taught senior/graduate courses: Bridge Engineering and Design, Advanced Steel Design, Structural Dynamics, and basic engineering courses: Statics, Dynamics, Mechanics of Materials and Soil Mechanics since 2010. He enjoyed sharing his practical engineering experience/knowledge with young engineers and students.
