Jackie most recently completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2017 at the University of Georgia. Her background includes 20 years of experience in higher education, working as a campus administrator and for an education company promoting student success. As a scholar, Jackie has focused her research on Deans of Students at small colleges, small college institutional success, student equity and diversity, and assessment. At Saint Martin's University, Jackie will direct the M.Ed. program in Higher Education and Student Affairs. ​
