Click here to download PDF of map. Graduates should check in at the foot of the Grand Staircase about an hour before the ceremony, around 9 a.m. In case of rain, graduates instead will check in at Charneski Recreation Center. See below for information regarding tickets and parking.

Vaccinations and masking are not required for Commencement. However, out of abundance of caution and given the expected large number of people at this event, the University highly recommends that individuals wear a face mask if attending Commencement in-person.

Each graduate will receive six (6) tickets. Contact the Registrar at registrar@stmartin.edu if you have questions about tickets.

Graduating students attending in-person should arrive on campus at 9 a.m., one hour before the Commencement ceremony. Graduating students should park in the S lot (see map) and check in at the bottom of the Grand Staircase. In case of rain, graduates instead will check in at the Charneski Recreation Center.

While the graduates should park in the S lot, the paved parking lot closest to the Grand Staircase, guests who have tickets should park in the R lot, the gravel lot closer to the baseball field. See map for reference. Limited accessible parking is available in the N and O lots.

Yes, we will also livestream the event with support from Thurston Community Media. A direct link to the live stream will be provided closer to the event.
