IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! You may stop between any step in the enrollment completion process, but not during steps one, two, three or five. If you close out of any of these steps prematurely, you will have to begin that step again. Your data will not be saved. You may begin any step by returning to the undergraduate admissions next steps page.

About the enrollment completion process

The enrollment completion process requires fulfillment of the following five distinct steps. Steps one, two, and three MUST be completed in order.

Step one – enrollment deposit

Complete the enrollment deposit form and make your online payment ($200).

Step two – housing options, application and deposit

Complete the housing application/contract, roommate preference and deposit forms and make your online payment ($200). Or, if you will be living off-campus, complete the housing exemption request form.

Act now to ensure housing is available! If you are submitting an exemption request, make sure you do this as soon as possible. Either an exemption request or a housing application must be received for students to be eligible to register for classes.

Step three – orientation

Saint Martin’s University hosts a two-part orientation program for first-year students. Students register for one of three advising and registration programs in July and then attend a three-day Incipio Fall Orientation program in August before classes begin. Students who are unable to attend one of the advising and registration session should register for alternative advising in order to make arrangements to register for classes. By registering for an advising and registration or alternative advising session, students are automatically signed up for the Incipio fall orientation program.

Transfer students are assigned an advisor through the Office of Admissions in order to register for classes. A half-day Incipio transfer orientation is available for students in which they will learn about campus resources, financial services, and keys to success at SMU.

Step four – Health Center intake form

Download and complete the Health Center intake and immunization form. (As doctor’s signatures are required, this is a downloadable PDF form and may be completed at a later date. Adobe Acrobat required.)
