- 15-21 credits or equivalent
The minor in Spanish is based on Spanish language proficiency. As such, students who can demonstrate proficiency beyond the 200-level via placement testing may request that up to a maximum six credits (i.e., 201 and/or 202) required for the minor be waived. Students may also receive credit for equivalent coursework for the 300- and 400-level courses. However, at least one course of those required for the minor must be taken at Saint Martin’s. Students also have the option of completing a minor in Spanish through World Language Department-approved study abroad programs. Contact the College of Arts and Sciences for more information.
