Study abroad brochure

"I’m so glad I was able to come to Kobe, Japan. I’ve been able to make so many new friends and experience so many new things that I would have never had the chance to do if I had just stayed in the U.S. On top of that, I’ve been able to improve my Japanese, and see my friends who studied abroad at SMU over the years. It truly has been a wonderful experience!" –Jesse

Korean Cultural Exchange Program

Represent Saint Martin's University in South Korea

Six students will be selected to receive a scholarship for participation in a cultural and business program offered by Saint Martin's sister university, Konkuk University, in Chung-Ju- Republic of Korea (South Korea).

The scholarship includes tuition, fees, housing and meals. Participants are responsible for round-trip airfare and spending money only.

The selected students will participate in home stays with Korean families and experience various parts of the Republic of Korea culture and lifestyle for three weeks in May. They will also visit major area businesses such as Samsung and Hyundai. Three elective credits will be awarded upon completion of the program.

This is truly an incredible opportunity to enjoy Korean life, meet other students from around the world, enjoy the sights and culture of Korea and earn three credits for it!
