Hui O Hawai`i Annual
Lu`au 2010
Saint Martin’s
University’s Hui
`O Hawai`il held
its annual Lu’au
on Saturday,
April 10 at the
Hal and Inge
Marcus Pavilion.
The Lu’au has
been a wonderful
tradition at
Saint Martin’s,
drawing over 600
people from the
immediate
Lacey-Olympia
area. This year
featured a
mixture of Hula,
Samoan, Tongan,
Tahitian, and
Maori dances,
all performed by
student dancers
and alumni. A ki
ho`alu (slack
key guitar) band
also performed
during dinner.
