March 13, 2006 Lacey, Wash. – Local artist Glen LaMar, whose show, “Job: A Series of Ten Paintings,” opens March 17 at Saint Martin’s University’s Capps Gallery, will be feted at receptions from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. that day at the gallery. The public is invited to attend either event. The gallery is in room 430 of the university’s Old Main building, 5300 Pacific Ave. SE. The show runs through April 8. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Admission is free. LaMar’s show is the second since the gallery was reopened in 2005.
