Nov. 3, 2005 Lacey, Wash – The community is invited to catch the Christmas spirit with Saint Martin’s at the University’s second annual Procession of the Carols, a warm and relaxing launch of the holiday season, on Sunday, Dec. 4. The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. in the university’s Old Main building, 5300 Pacific Ave. SE. Throughout the building, strollers can hear holiday favorites old and new performed by the Saint Martin’s Chorale, international students and university clubs. At 6:40 p.m., a performance of the Saint Martin’s Chorale in Saint Martin’s Abbey Church will be followed by a 7 p.m. candlelight mass. At 8 p.m., luminaries will lead everyone back to Old Main’s St. Gertrude Dining Hall for a Christmas tree blessing and refreshments. The evening’s conclusion will include music by the Saint Martin’s Concert Band and American Legion Band. The event is free, but reservations are needed by
