Registration
Enrollment in all classes is limited; early registration is
recommended. Registration is considered complete only when the full
tuition payment has been received by the Office of Student Accounts.
Registration must be complete before the first day of the class(es) you
plan to attend.
Degree student
If you are a continuing student, you need only register.
If you are a new student planning to work toward a degree at Saint
Martin's University, you must complete a formal application and plan
your program with an advisor. Telephone the University's Office of
Admissions Office, 360-438-4311, for arrangements.
Registration procedures
To register for courses, students must have an
Self-Service account. Log into your Self-Service account and click
on "Register." If you need assistance with registering online you may
stop by the records office between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday,
Old Main Room 245.
If you are planning to attend Saint Martin's University for the
summer session and do not plan to work toward a degree or a teaching
certificate, complete our
non-degree registration form.
For any other questions regarding registration, contact the Office of
the Registrar, 360-438-4356.
Auditing courses
Individuals may attend courses without receiving academic credit and for
a reduced fee on a space-available basis only. The special audit fee is
equal to approximately half the regular tuition rate for the course. The
names of individuals requesting attendance as auditors will be placed on
a waiting list until one week before the course begins. They are
expected to contact the Office of the Registrar at that time regarding
available space in the class.
Course enrollment requirements
All summer session courses are contingent on the enrollment of seven
students. The University reserves the right to cancel any class for
justifiable cause without notice.
