Financial aid
Financial aid for the summer is available for those students who are
enrolled at least half-time (6 credits for undergraduate and teacher
certification students; 3 credits for graduate students). However, for
most students, funding is typically limited to loan funds and/or the
State Work Study Program.
Note: Students who plan to enroll only in four-week classes offered
from May 16 to June 24 may not be eligible to receive financial aid. For
more information, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at
360-438-4397 or finaid@stmartin.edu
or visit the office in Old Main 250.
To receive financial aid for summer, students must complete both the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
and the Saint Martin's University Summer Financial Aid Request form.
This must be done before a request for financial aid will be processed.
Please note in the summer session, students are only eligible to take
out Stafford loans or alternative loans during the summer session.
Students needing more information should contact the financial aid
office at 360-438-4397 or, toll free, at 1-800-368-8803.
