Tuition refund policy

Fall 2008 - Main campus/Olympic extension tuition refunds for the regular 16 week session.

*The last day to change registration is September 5. This is the last day to have 100% of tuition charges dropped.

Refunds are determined by the date the withdrawal or drop form is received in the Records Office and not the date it is signed by the student and/or advisor or instructor.

ONLINE COURSES: Online courses can only be dropped up until the Friday before the term starts and no tuition refunds will be given for online courses dropped past that day.

AFTER 14 calendar days No charges dropped
 * 4-6 week session classes MUST be dropped by the first day of the session to have 100% of charges dropped.
 
1, 2 or 3 Week Session
**Prior to the first day of the session or class meeting

100%

**Classes that meet less than 4 weeks MUST be dropped BEFORE the first day the session begins to have 100% charges dropped.  After this day, NO CHARGES WILL BE DROPPED.

Refunds are calculated using the starting dates of each session and not the day individual classes begin.
