Tuition refund policy

Fall 2008 - Main campus/Olympic extension tuition refunds for the regular 16 week session.

Prior to August 25	100%
From August 25 to September 5	100%
From September 6 to Sept 12	75%
From September 13 to Sept 19	50%
From September 20 to Sept 26	25%
After September 26	No charges dropped
*The last day to change registration is September 5. This is the last day to have 100% of tuition charges dropped.

Refunds are determined by the date the withdrawal or drop form is received in the Records Office and not the date it is signed by the student and/or advisor or instructor.

ONLINE COURSES: Online courses can only be dropped up until the Friday before the term starts and no tuition refunds will be given for online courses dropped past that day.

4 - 6 Week Session
*Prior to and through the first day of session	100%
After first day of session through 7 calendar days	50%
From 8 through 14 calendar days	25%
AFTER 14 calendar days	No charges dropped
* 4-6 week session classes MUST be dropped by the first day of the session to have 100% of charges dropped.

1, 2 or 3 Week Session
**Prior to the first day of the session or class meeting	100%
**Classes that meet less than 4 weeks MUST be dropped BEFORE the first day the session begins to have 100% charges dropped. After this day, NO CHARGES WILL BE DROPPED.

Refunds are calculated using the starting dates of each session and not the day individual classes begin.
