Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology ("MAC")

Prospective students

Thanks for taking the time to look at our program.  We hope you'll like what you see here and that it will prove helpful to you.

To the left are links to three "books" designed to answer typical questions about the MAC Program.

First, there is an "On-Line Tour" to give you a basic overview of the program.

Second, there is an "Admission Handbook" that will provide you with step-by-step explanations of how to apply for admission to the Program (including all the forms you'll need).

Finally, there is a "Class Notebook," which will describe aspects of the instruction in the Program and a list of courses so you can see what kinds of things we have to offer.  Also available are sample syllabi for all classes taught in the program.

As you have additional questions, be sure to phone us at (360) 438-4560 to let us add the human element to this on-line overview.

Why should you attend the MAC Program at the Saint Martin's?

Reason #1:
Highly Relevant Classes

Cutting-edge coursework is designed to provide hands-on, but theory-based, classes that meet or exceed state requirements to become a CMHC or a CMFT

Reason #2: Convenient Scheduling Most required MAC classes are scheduled only one evening per week to take into account that students work and have social and family lives
Reason #3: Personal Flexibility You can tailor the MAC Program, including classes and even major assignments, to meet your own unique personal and professional interests and needs
