Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology ("MAC") Contacting Us The MAC faculty place a high priority on being responsive to students. Your needs and concerns are very important to us and we really want to be there for you. Contact us!
We are available! Of course, your busy schedule or the schedule of the faculty member may not mesh. In addition, even though all of the faculty members keep regularly scheduled office hours, just "dropping in" is not usually an ideal solution because the faculty members may be with another student or may be taking care of unforeseen problems. So, what is the easiest and most efficient way to get your needs met? The following are three possible solutions which provide you with an optimal opportunity for speaking or meeting with any of the MAC faculty: One: Leave a phone message at the MAC office for the faculty member that you wish to hear from. You may tell the MAC staff member the nature of your need or say it is confidential. The faculty member will get back with you within a few days. If your need is more urgent, let the staff member know, so she or he can tell the faculty member. Two: Appointments can be set-up by contacting the faculty person directly by telephone or email Three: Write a letter directed to the MAC faculty about your concerns or questions. Again, they will get back to you as soon as possible. |
