Costs and financial support

Financial aid and scholarships

Integral to our Benedictine tradition of embracing the uniqueness of each individual is our belief in rewarding talent and achievement, be it academic, athletic, or artistic.

Saint Martin's awarded approximately $14 million dollars in scholarships during the 2012 - 2013 academic year. Individual awards range from $100 to full tuition*.

Most scholarships are renewable for up to four years (eight semesters) as long as specific academic standards are maintained. Most scholarships at Saint Martin's are merit-based, although certain scholarships have other specific criteria that must be met.

Students are not required to submit a separate scholarship application to be considered for most scholarships available through Saint Martin's University, except where noted. (The annual application deadline is March 1.)

* Scholarship amounts are for students entering for the 2013-2014 school year only and are subject to change based on availability of funds and student eligibility. In the event a student receives full Tuition Assistance through a third party, they will not be eligible for their Merit Award. In the event that you no longer receiving full Tuition Assistance the initial Merit Award will be reinstated.

**Scholarship information is for students entering in the 2013-14 school year and for domestic applicants only. International students: please contact the Office of International Programs
