Pre-registration for Spring 2008 begins on November 5
Register using IQWeb (www.stmartin.edu/iqweb)

All schedules must be approved by advisors either on IQWeb or by signature.
Students with financial accounts outstanding will not be permitted to register until the released by student accounts.
You may begin registration according to your class level as of SUMMER 2007.

GRADUATE STUDENTS, TEACHER CERTIFICATION AND SENIORS (90 +SEM CRS COMPLETED)
MAY BEGIN REGISTRATION MON., NOVEMBER 5

JUNIORS (60+ SEM CRS COMPLETED) MAY BEGIN REGISTRATION MON., NOVEMBER 12

SOPHOMORES (30+ SEM CRS COMPLETED) MAY BEGIN REGISTRATION MON., NOVEMBER 19

FRESHMEN (-30 SEM CRS COMPLETED) MAY BEGIN REGISTRATION MON., NOVEMBER 26

NON-DEGREE STUDENTS MAY BEGIN REGISTRATION MON., DECEMBER 3

RECORDS OFFICE HOURS:  Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Courses without time or day designations will be offered by special arrangement with the faculty member. 

It is the responsibility of the student to contact the faculty member for details.

Students receiving financial aid or veteran's benefits may be subject to specific credit load requirements.

 International students must obtain the signature of international student advisor prior to presenting registration for processing.

When courses have been selected notification will be sent to the student's advisor and the advisor will review the classes selected and
approve or deny each course.

The Drop and Wait list options are not available. If a student wants to be placed on a wait list he/she must contact the Records Office in person
or via email (marylaw@stmartin.edu). If after the advisor has approved a schedule the student wants to drop a class the student must
contact the Records Office in person or via email (marylaw@stmartin.edu).

 The university reserves the right to change classes for justifiable cause.

APPLICATIONS FOR GRADUATION IN MAY 2008 or AUGUST 2008 MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE

RECORDS OFFICE BY JANUARY 25
