Genevieve Chan

Genevieve Chan is a communications professional with over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, academic publishing, and marketing and public relations, working primarily for nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions, including for the American Bar Association, Beacon Press, Dartmouth College, and the Hands On Children's Museum in Olympia. She specializes in community outreach through print and web publications with a strong editorial and design eye and an enthusiasm for new media.

She is rejoining the Saint Martin’s community, having served as the University’s vice president of marketing and communications from 2009-10.

Genevieve has participated in two leadership programs. She was a member of the Leadership Thurston County Program, class of 2009-10 and a member of the Flagstaff Leadership Program, class of 2011-12. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
