Program mission statement
The Office of Intercultural Initiatives creates a respectful and engaging
learning environment that promotes multicultural understanding and supports
underrepresented students for the Saint Martin’s community.
Program goals, objectives and outcomes
Students will become aware of the basic skills of transitioning
effectively into the campus community.
Students will be able to explore leadership philosophies and service
practices to help them identify their own approaches and styles in these
areas.
Faculty and staff will be able to analyze critical multicultural concepts
to work effectively with culturally different students both in and out of
the classroom.
