Program mission statement
Saint Martin's University Student Health Center strives to help students
transition into taking responsibility for their health and to provide
students, staff and faculty the resources to develop and maintain healthy
minds and bodies. We complement the academic mission of Saint Martin's
University and integrate faith, reason, service and community to empower
students, staff and faculty through creating an environment in the health
center that promotes learning, is supportive and knowledgeable while
providing health care services that are accessible and result in a healthy
campus environment.
Program goals, objectives and outcomes
Students will be educated about the importance of preventative screenings
and self-exams.
Students will be educated and empowered to be able to make healthy life
choices.
Students will understand the importance of vaccines and vaccine
preventable diseases.
