Hosting opportunities!

photo of friends Saint Martin’s University hosted over 300 international students through its cultural exchange programs this summer. Most students were visiting the United States for the first time and only had movies or textbooks as their guide to American life. With your help, host family visits provided students a better picture of what American family life is really about.

Host families are not expected to go continuously sight-seeing, but rather to incorporate the students into their normal routines. You can choose from several available dates in July and August.

Summary of hosting opportunities

Each semester Saint Martin's offers students who typically stay in dorm rooms or in apartments the opportunity to have weekend home stays with families.

Fall break (mid-October)
Thanksgiving weekend (late-November)
Winter break (early-December)
