 The
O'Grady Library has the following printers available:
- Lower level printing alcove
- Main level printing alcove
- OG-8100ML (BW Laser)
- OG-4500ML (Color Laser)
- Seminar Room (lower level classroom)
- Technology Classroom (main level)
- Circulation (pay as you print)
- OG-CircP2 (BW Laser--default for guests)
Except for guests, default printers are set by a patron's location so that
printing should be sent to nearest black-and-white printer.
Additional printers are located in the Computer Resource Center (Old Main 350) and the Engineering
Computer Lab. The latter has a CAD plotter.
Printing accounts
Student printing accounts are credited $10.00 at the start of both the Fall and the Spring semesters
and $4.00 at the start of the summer sessions. If needed, students may purchase additional printing credit at the
circulation desk. Please note that printing account refunds are not given and that balances are not carried over from one academic year to the next.
To see your current balance, logon to a Saint Martin's computer and mouse over the PCounter icon
(a dollar sign) in the Windows Task Tray (the lower-right corner of the screen).
Except when printing to the circulation desk's printer, printing accounts are
debited as follows:
- BW 8.5" x 11": $.03/page
- BW 8.5" x 14": $.04/page
- BW 11" x 17": $.06/page
- Color 8.5" x 11": $.20/page
- Color 8.5" x 14": $.30/page
Guests
All guests must print to the circulation desk. This printer only supports 8.5" x 11" black-and-white printing, and patrons must pay in cash when they pick up their printing. The cost is $.10 per three pages, rounded up to the next increment of three: $.10 for 1 to 3 pages, $.20 for 4 to 6 pages, $.30 for 7 to 10 pages and so on.

contact the reference desk.
Printers in the library are supported by the Library's Technology Coordinator and Saint Martin's
Integrated Technology Services.
